About the project
Mental Care Plus is an outpatient mental health practice in Englewood Cliffs, Bergen County, New Jersey, offering therapy, counseling and medication management for adults, children, families and seniors.
My role: I deployed and customized the website theme, built dedicated sections for the clinic’s clinicians, and created individual service pages structured around what patients search for. I also refined the visual design, coordinated the layout of content blocks across the site, and handled the technical and SEO setup.
The website is structured around how patients actually search for care. Each type of therapy has its own page (individual, group, family, couples, child and adolescent, behavioral, therapy for men and for women), and separate sections explain care for different audiences. Clinician profiles, accepted insurances, pricing, online therapy across New Jersey, emergency resources and an employee assistance program page answer the questions people have before booking.
Appointment requests, the patient portal and the clinic’s phone numbers are available from every page. A blog on mental health topics and structured data markup support visibility in local search. The site runs on WordPress with server-level caching for fast loading.
