This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit webservices.com.ua (the “Website”) or contact me through it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Oleh Halianovskyi, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Vinnytsia, Ukraine, operating under the name Web Services. Contact for any privacy questions: halianovskyi.oleh@gmail.com.

2. What data I collect

  • Contact form data: your name, email address or phone number and the message you send.
  • Communication data: messages you send by email or messenger when discussing a project.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, recorded automatically in server logs for security and stability.
  • Cookies: technical cookies required for the Website to work.
  • Analytics: the Website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Website. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner; until then, only cookieless, aggregated signals are sent (Google Consent Mode). Visitors from other countries can turn analytics cookies off by clicking Reject. Advertising features are disabled for all visitors. Your choice is stored for 6 months, and you can change it at any time in cookie settings.

3. Why I use your data

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
  • To deliver and support the services you order (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • To keep the Website secure and working properly (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To measure Website traffic and improve its content (legal basis: legitimate interest, and your consent where required by law).
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).

I do not sell your data and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Who can access your data

Your data may be processed by service providers that help run the Website and my work: the hosting provider, email and messenger services, and payment platforms (for example Upwork, PayPal, Payoneer or Wise) when you pay for services. They process data only as needed to provide their services.

5. International transfers

I am based in Ukraine, and the Website is hosted outside the European Economic Area. By contacting me, you understand that your data will be processed in Ukraine. I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

6. How long I keep your data

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project and payment records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, including under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the Website or my services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
